The Women's World Cup Trophy was first awarded in 1991 when the inaugural Women's World Cup tournament was held. The trophy is made of bronze and gold-plated, stands 47 centimeters tall, and weighs approximately 4.6 kilograms. The design of the trophy features two female figures holding up the globe, representing the unity and passion of women in football around the world. The base of the trophy has space for the name of each tournament winner to be engraved. The current holder of the Women's World Cup Trophy is the United States Women's National Team, who won the tournament in 2019.
